COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 195AZK
Cinematograph films that have more than one principal producer(1) This section applies to a cinematograph film of which more than one individual is the principal producer.
(2) The producer's right of attribution of authorship in respect of the film is a right of each producer to be identified as a producer.
(3) An act of false attribution in respect of the production of the film infringes the right of each producer not to have the production of the film falsely attributed.
(4) The producer's right of integrity of authorship in respect of the film is a right of each producer.
(5) The consent of one producer to any act or omission affecting
his or her moral rights in respect of the film does not affect the
moral rights of the other producer or other producers in respect of the film.
