Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA company is the relevant collecting society in relation to a government copy if there is in force, under Division 3 of Part VI, a declaration of the company as the collecting society for the purposes of this Division in relation to:
(a) all government copies; or
(b) a class of government copies that includes the first‑mentioned government copy.
