COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 147
President to arrange business of Tribunal The President may give directions as to the arrangement of the
business of the Tribunal and, subject to subsection 146(2) or (3), as
to the constitution of the Tribunal for the purposes of particular
proceedings.
