Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe copyright in a printed published edition of a work (being a work in which copyright does not subsist) is not infringed by the making of one or more facsimile copies of the whole or a part of the edition, if the copy, or each of the copies, is made in the course of the making of a reproduction of the whole or a part of the work by, or on behalf of, a body administering an educational institution for the educational purposes of that institution or of another educational institution.
