COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 135AK

Immunity of the Commonwealth

                   The Commonwealth is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by a person:

                     (a)  because of the seizure of copies, or the failure of the CEO to seize copies, under this Division; or

                     (b)  because of the release of any seized copies.
