COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 135AH
Retention of control of seized copies In spite of section 135AF, in a case in which no order
has been made under subsection 135AG(4) in relation to seized copies,
the Comptroller - General of Customs is not obliged to release or dispose of
the copies if the Comptroller - General of Customs is required or permitted,
under any other law of the Commonwealth, to retain control of the copies.
