COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 135AEB
Seized copies not claimed are forfeited(1) Seized copies are forfeited to the Commonwealth if a claim for the release of the goods is not made within the claim period for the copies.
(2) However, if the Comptroller - General of Customs allows a
late claim for the copies (see section 135AEC), the copies are taken
not to have been forfeited.
