COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 111A
Temporary copy made in the course of communication(1) A copyright subsisting under this Part is not infringed by making a temporary copy of an audio - visual item as part of the technical process of making or receiving a communication.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the
making of a temporary copy of an audio - visual item as part of the technical
process of making a communication if the making of the communication is an
infringement of copyright.
