COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 10AB

Non-infringing copy of a computer program

                   A copy of a computer program is a non‑infringing copy only if:

                     (a)  it is made in a qualifying country; and

                     (b)  its making did not constitute an infringement of any copyright in a work under a law of that country.
