CURRENCY ACT 1965 - SECT 4
Interpretation(1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:
"Australia" includes all the Territories to which this Act extends by virtue of section 5.
"the repealed Acts" means the Acts repealed by this Act.
(2) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, a
reference to coins made and issued under this Act shall be read as a reference
to coins made and issued under the Currency Act 1965 or under that Act as
amended and in force at any time.
