Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA cheque dated on or after 14 February 1966 shall be deemed to have been drawn before that date if there is written upon the cheque a certificate by a banker that the cheque was drawn before that date but the cheque shall not, by reason only of the certificate, be taken to be a stale cheque.
