CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 77Z

Licences cannot be transferred

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), a depot licence cannot be transferred to another person.

             (2)  A depot licence may be transferred to another person in the circumstances prescribed by the regulations.
