Comptroller - General of Customs to allocate a special identifying code for each special reporter If the Comptroller - General of Customs registers an applicant
as a special reporter in respect of low value cargo of a particular kind, the
Comptroller - General of Customs must allocate to the reporter a special
identifying code for use by the special reporter when making an abbreviated
cargo report in relation to cargo of that kind.
