CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 49

                   For the purpose of securing the due importation of goods:

                     (1)  The ship or aircraft may be boarded.

                     (2)  The cargo shall be reported.

                     (3)  The goods shall be entered unshipped and may be examined.
