CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 269ZOA

Disclosure of interests

                   The Review Officer must give written notice to the Minister of all direct and indirect pecuniary interests that the Review Officer has or acquires in:

                     (a)  any business in Australia or elsewhere; or

                     (b)  any body corporate carrying on such a business.
