Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO must develop written guidelines in respect of the administration of this Subdivision to which he or she must have regard when exercising powers under this Subdivision.
(2) The guidelines are a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
