Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In an inquiry before the Committee, the customs broker to whom the inquiry relates and the CEO are each entitled to be represented by a barrister or solicitor or, with the approval of the Committee, by some other person.
(2) A barrister, solicitor or other person appearing before the Committee may examine or cross‑examine witnesses and address the Committee.
