CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 113AA

                   An entry of goods for export is made by:

                     (a)  making in respect of the goods an export declaration other than a declaration that Customs refuses under subsection 114(8) to accept; or

                     (b)  using an ACEAN in respect of the goods.
