Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO may approve, under section 4A, different statements for the purposes of this Division, for reports:
(a) made by different kinds of operators; or
(b) relating to different kinds of ships or aircraft; or
(c) made in different circumstances; or
(d) made in relation to different classes of persons who are expected to be, or who will be, on board a ship or aircraft.
(2) The CEO may approve, under section 4A, different forms for the purposes of this Division, for reports:
(a) made by different kinds of operators; or
(b) relating to different kinds of ships or aircraft; or
(c) made in different circumstances; or
(d) made in relation to different classes of persons who are expected to be, or who will be, on board a ship or aircraft.
