BROADCASTING SERVICES (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1992 - SECT 27

                   Standards and practices referred to in paragraph 125D(1)(b) of the Broadcasting Act that were in force immediately before the commencement of this Act are taken to be, on that commencement, standards made by the Minister under section 162 of the Radcom Act.
