(a) The Broadcasting Services (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1992 was amended by sections 64-66 only of the Transport and Communications Legislation Amendment Act (No. 3) 1992, subsection 2(1) of which provides as follows:
(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(b) Subsection 2(1) (item 25) of the Statute Law Revision Act 2006 provides as follows:
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
