Minister may direct the ACMA about the exercise of its powers(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, give a direction to the ACMA about the exercise of the powers conferred on the ACMA by this Division (other than section 61CZC).
(2) The ACMA must comply with a direction under subsection
(1).
