BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 61AB
Unacceptable media diversity situation(1) For the purposes of this Division, an unacceptable media diversity situation exists in relation to a metropolitan licence area of a commercial radio broadcasting licence if the number of points in the licence area is less than 5.
(2) For the purposes of this Division, an
unacceptable media diversity situation exists in relation to a
regional licence area of a commercial radio broadcasting licence if the number
of points in the licence area is less than 4.
