BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 54A

Limitation on control of commercial television broadcasting licences and datacasting transmitter licences

                   A person must not be in a position to exercise control of:

                     (a)  a commercial television broadcasting licence; and

                     (b)  a datacasting transmitter licence.
