BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 35

                   If the ACMA makes an instrument under this Part, the ACMA must publish in the Gazette a notice stating:

                     (a)  that the instrument has been made; and

                     (b)  the places where copies of the instrument can be purchased.
