Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Before preparing frequency allotment plans or licence area plans, the ACMA must, by notice in writing, determine priorities, as between particular areas of Australia and as between different parts of the broadcasting services bands, for the preparation of those plans.
(2) The ACMA may, by notice in writing, vary priorities.
