BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 213
Penalties for continuing offences If an offence against this Act is a continuing offence (whether
under this Act or because of section 4K of the Crimes Act 1914 ), the
maximum penalty for each day that the offence continues is 10% of the maximum
penalty that could be imposed in respect of the principal offence.
