BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 207
Amounts of fees Where the Minister or the ACMA may determine a fee under this
Act, the amount of the fee so determined must not exceed the amount that the
Minister or the ACMA estimates to be costs of processing the application, or
doing the thing, to which the fee relates.
