BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 205G

Who may apply for a civil penalty order

(1) Only the ACMA may apply for a civil penalty order.

(2) Subsection (1) does not exclude the operation of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1983 .
