BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 194

    The powers of the ACMA in relation to the conduct of a particular hearing may be exercised:

  (a)   by the panel conducting that hearing; or

  (b)   by the Chair; or

  (c)   by a member of the ACMA authorised by the Chair to exercise those powers in relation to the hearing.
