BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 189
Confidential material not to be published If a hearing or part of a hearing takes place in public, the
ACMA may order that evidence or other material presented to the hearing, or
material in a submission lodged with the ACMA under section 196, that
is, in the opinion of the ACMA, of a confidential nature not be published, or
that its disclosure be restricted as directed by the ACMA.
