BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 184
Procedure for conduct of hearings(1) Subject to this Division, the procedure for the conduct of a hearing is within the discretion of the ACMA.
(2) The ACMA may give directions, either generally or in
relation to a particular case, for the procedures to be followed in relation
to the conduct of hearings.
