BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 136D
Prohibition on providing a community television broadcasting service without a licence(1) A person must not provide a community television broadcasting service with the use of the broadcasting services bands if the person does not have a licence to provide that service.
(2) Subsection (1) is a civil penalty provision.
