BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 130J
Statement of regulatory policy The Parliament intends that bodies or associations that the ACMA
is satisfied represent sections of the industry should develop codes (
industry codes ) that are to apply to participants in that section of the
industry in relation to the industry activities of the participants.
