BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 121FLJ

             (1)  The ACMA is to maintain a register in which the ACMA includes particulars of all nominated broadcaster declarations currently in force.

             (2)  The Register may be maintained by electronic means.

             (3)  The Register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.
