BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 10A

             (1)  Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.

Note:          Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.

             (2)  Despite subsection (1), Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against Schedule 5 to this Act.
