BIOLOGICAL CONTROL ACT 1984 - SECT 8

Commonwealth Biological Control Authority

             (1)  For the purposes of this Act, a Commonwealth Biological Control Authority is established by this section.

             (2)  The Authority shall be the Minister who is for the time being a member of the Council.
