BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 8

Act to bind Crown

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

             (2)  Nothing in this Act renders the Commonwealth or a State or Territory liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
