BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 37

                   Building industrial action is unlawful industrial action if:

                     (a)  the action is industrially‑motivated; and

                     (b)  the action is constitutionally‑connected action; and

                     (c)  the action is not excluded action.
