Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Federal Safety Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Federal Safety Commissioner.
(2) The terms and conditions of the engagement of a person are such as are determined by the Federal Safety Commissioner in writing.
