BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 26

             (1)  The Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner is established by this subsection.

             (2)  The Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner consists of:

                     (a)  the ABC Commissioner; and

                     (b)  the Deputy ABC Commissioners; and

                     (c)  the staff mentioned in subsection 25(1); and

                     (d)  the consultants engaged under subsection 25(3).
