Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, direct the ABC Commissioner to give the Minister specified reports relating to the ABC Commissioner's functions.

(2) The ABC Commissioner must comply with the direction.
