Warships, naval auxiliary or other vessels owned or operated by the Australian government or the government of a foreign countryThis Chapter does not apply in relation to vessels referred to in Article 3.2(e) of the Ballast Water Convention.
Note: Article 3.2(e) of the Ballast Water Convention refers to
"any warship, naval auxiliary or other ship owned or operated by a State
and used, for the time being, only on government non - commercial
service".
