BANKRUPTCY ACT 1966 - SECT 5A
Acting in accordance with a person's directions or instructions For the purposes of this Act, a person shall not be regarded as
a person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of
a body corporate are accustomed to act merely because the directors act on
advice given by the person in the proper performance of the functions
attaching to the person's professional capacity or to the person's
business relationship with the directors or with the body corporate.
