Evidence of proceedings at meetings of creditors or committee of inspection The minutes of proceedings at a meeting of creditors or of a
committee of inspection under this Act, signed by a person describing himself
or herself as, or appearing to have been, chair of the meeting is prima facie
evidence of those proceedings.
