BANKRUPTCY ACT 1966 - SECT 186P
Cessation of registration as a debt agreement administrator--no refund of fees(1) This section applies if a person ceases to be registered as a debt agreement administrator.
(2) The person is not entitled to a refund of all or part of a
fee paid by the person in relation to the person's registration as a debt
agreement administrator.
