Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere the trustee carries on a business previously carried on by the bankrupt, he or she shall keep such accounts and records as are usual and proper in relation to the carrying on of a business of that kind and shall permit a creditor of the bankrupt to inspect, at all reasonable times, either personally or by an agent, those accounts and records.
