Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The trustee of the estate of a bankrupt shall keep such accounts and records as are necessary to exhibit a full and correct account of the administration of the estate and shall permit a creditor of the bankrupt to inspect, at all reasonable times, either personally or by an agent, the accounts and records relating to that estate.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
