Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An individual may apply to the Inspector‑General to be registered as a trustee.
(2) The application must be in the approved form.
(3) The application must be accompanied by:
(a) any information or documents prescribed by the regulations; and
(b) the fee determined by the Minister by legislative instrument.
(4) The application is properly made if subsections (2) and (3) are complied with.
