BANKRUPTCY ACT 1966 - SECT 100
Costs of proving debts etc.(1) A creditor shall, unless the Court in the particular case otherwise orders, bear his or her own costs of proving a debt.
(2) The costs in relation to the amendment of a proof of debt
under section 92 or 98 shall be borne by the creditor.
